WHAT Can i EXPECT

Sunday mornings at KBC are special. It's when we gather to worship God and encourage each other. Services are designed to be enjoyed, offering Bible-based messages that are engaging and relevant to people today.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by people who are genuinely happy to see you. Sunday church services are designed to be enjoyed, offering Bible-based messages that are engaging and relevant to people today. It's a casual and friendly environment where everyone is welcome and everyone can belong.

HOW LONG IS CHURCH?

Our morning service lasts approximately 75 minutes, which includes communion being served on the 3rd and 4th Sunday of the month. Communion is for those who know and confess Jesus as Lord. If you don't know Jesus as Lord, you are more than welcome to stay during communion, without having to take part.

WHERE AND WHEN DO YOU MEET?

Join us every Sunday morning at Kilmarnock Baptist Church, Old Mill Road, KA1 3AN, at 11am for our family friendly service.

What do i wear?

We want you to feel at ease and wear whatever you're comfortable in. We usually dress casually.

WHAT'S THE MUSIC LIKE?

We enjoy live music as part of our worship to God. We also have an inspirational playlist on Spotify, please check out our playlist for a range of songs we love to sing to.

WHAT DENOMINATION ARE YOU?

KBC is a Baptist Church, and a member of the Baptist Union of Scotland, which has 161 member churches across Scotland. We are also a member of the Evangelical Alliance.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?

We believe in one eternal God who is Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Further information can be found on our About Us page.

HOW CAN I MEET NEW PEOPLE?

There are lots of ways to meet new people at KBC. You can join a Small Group near you. Check out our Events page for lots of opportunities to get involved, or visit this Sunday and stay for a free hot drink and chat.

WHEN WAS KBC FOUNDED?

Kilmarnock Baptist Church was founded on the 18th January 1866.

CAR PARKING?

There is ample free street parking close to the church in Clark Street, Robertson Place and in Fowlds Street Council Car Park behind Iceland store, on a Sunday.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Children are very welcome at KBC. Just before the sermon they will have the option to go to kids/youth church where they will do some fun lessons.

CAN I VOLUNTEER?
